Anyway, I'm Falling in Love With You Announces Season 2

Anyway, I'm Falling in Love With You anime announced a second season earlier today with a teaser video, following the finale of the first season.

The first season of the Anyway, I'm Falling in Love With You anime ran for 12 episodes. Typhoon Graphics animated the series with Junichi Yamamoto as the director. Yo Murai and Nagisa Nario were in charge of the series composition. Shibaio was the character designer and Keiji Inai composed the music.

The anime is based on the Anyway, I'm Falling in Love With You manga by Haruka Mitsui, serialized in Kodansha's Nakayoshi magazine since 2020. Kodansha US is serializing it in English.

Crunchyroll is streaming the anime and describes the plot:
It’s the year 2020, and Mizuho is having the worst 17th birthday ever. Her parents forgot it’s her birthday, she still can’t seem to get close to the senior she likes, and all her school trips and tournaments are canceled thanks to a new disease going around. She’s convinced she’ll never have the kind of youth she’s always dreamt of…until her childhood friend, Kizuki, suddenly asks her out.
