Beastars Reveals Final Season Trailer; December 5 Premiere for Part 1
The long-awaited final season of the Beastars anime revealed a trailer along with a December 5 premiere date for the first part. The trailer features "Feel Like This" by YU-KA, which is the anime's ending theme song. Studio ORANGE is animating the series, which has had two seasons so far.
The final season will be directed by Shin-ichi Matsumi. Takumo Norita and Nao Otsu are signing off on the character designs. Satoru Kosaki will be in charge of the music.
Fans of the franchise were quick to point out that some new characters, previously only seen in the manga, are joining the lineup. The cast for them has been revealed and includes:
- Shigeru Chiba as Gosha
- Shin-ichiro Miki as Yahya
- Koji Okino as Melon
- Tessho Genda as Sagwan
- Fumiko Orikasa as Seven

Beastars manga by Paru Itagaki originally ran from 2016 to 2022 in Akita Shoten's Weekly Shonen Champion. Its 196 chapters were compiled into 22 volumes. The first season of the anime adaptation premiered in 2019 while the second followed in 2021. Both had 12 episodes.
