Classroom of the Elite Season 4 Reveals Teaser Trailer, Visual
Classroom of the Elite Season 4 revealed the first teaser trailer, introducing the first semester of Year 2. Lerche (Studio Hibari) is animating the adaptation. Release date hasn't been confirmed.
The first season of the anime aired in 2017, deviating from the source material. Studio Lerche also worked on the second and third seasons, which were announced together. The third season was initially slated to premiere in 2023 but was delayed to January 2024.

The anime is adapting Shogo Kinugasa’s novel of the same name, illustrated by Tomose Shunsaku. The series is split into years: Year 1 was serialized from May 2015 until September 2019 and compiled into 14 volumes. The sequel, Year 2 began in January 2020 and ended in November of last year. Year 3 started recently released its first volume.
Manga adaptations of Year 1 is currently ongoing with Kawaisounako providing the art for Year 1. Shia Sasane did the art for Classroom of the Elite Year 2 manga, which also ended last year.
Seven Seas Entertainment licensed both the original light novel and the manga. The plot of the first volume of Year 2 is described as:
As Ayanokouji and his classmates begin their second year at the Advanced Nurturing High School, they’re greeted by a fresh gauntlet of exams and a fresh batch of rather unique first-year students. They’ll have to get to know each other quickly, because the first special exam pairs the first-years with the second-years on a written test—with only the second-years facing expulsion if their team performs poorly! Worse yet? It seems one of the new first-years is also from the White Room. Can Ayanokouji avoid expulsion while sussing out the identity of this hidden foe?
