Dan Da Dan Season 2 Reveals Key Visual, Announces Theatrical Screening
Season 2 of the DAN DA DAN anime revealed a new key visual, July 3 premiere date and announced that Mutsumi Tamura is joining the cast as Evil Eye. Additionally, first three episodes of the season will have a theatrical release this May.

The theatrical version will be titled DAN DA DAN: Evil Eye and it will be screener worldwide. Muse is distributing it in Asia starting from May 30, GKIDS in North America from June 7, and ADN Anime in Europe starting on June 7.
Science SARU is animating the second season with Fuuga Yamashiro and Abel Gongora as directors.

Yamashiro directed the first season. The staff for the first season of DAN DA DAN anime also included Naoyuki Onda as character designer and Hiroshi Seko on the series composition. Kensuke Ushio composed the music. Creepy Nuts and Zutomayo performed the opening and ending theme songs, respectively.

While the anime was licensed as DAN DA DAN, the officially licensed title for the manga was one word: Dandadan. The manga by Yukinobu Tatsu is currently serialized on the Shonen Jump+ platform. VIZ Media is publishing it in English.
The anime is streaming on Crunchyroll and Netflix. The former describes the plot:
When high schooler Momo, from a family of spirit mediums, first meets her classmate Okarun, an occult geek, they argue—Momo believes in ghosts but denies aliens, and Okarun believes in aliens but denies ghosts. When it turns out both phenomena are real, Momo awakens a hidden power and Okarun gains the power of a curse. Together, they must challenge the paranormal forces threatening their world.
