Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba live concert is coming to Otakuthon in Montréal on Sunday, August 10, 2025. The soundtrack of the "Tanjiro Kamado, Unwavering Resolve Arc" (first season) will be brought to life on stage by a 18-piece live band while the iconic scenes from the anime are projected onto a full-size cinema screen.

The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba in Concert concert is produced by GEA Live and RoadCo Entertainment, in partnership with Aniplex of America, and brought to Otakuthon by Kashamara Productions. The tickets go on sale on April 25.

The first season of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba anime adaptation premiered in 2019 and was followed by the Mugen Train movie, which was later turned into an episodic format (with a new first episode) and combined with new episodes to make the second season of the TV anime. The second season adapted the "Entertainment District" and was followed by the third, which focused on the "Swordsmith Village" arc. The most recent covered the "Hashira Training" manga arc, which premiered in 2024 and ran for eight episodes. The anime will conclude with a movie trilogy, titled Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - Infinity Castle.

Yuki Kajiura is the composer behind the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba soundtrack. In addition to the Demon Slayer franchise, Kajiura is also known for soundtracks for anime such as Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Erased, Sword Art Online, and more. She is behind projects such as Kalafina and FICTION JUNCTION.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - Mugen Train Returns to North American Cinemas in 4K
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - Mugen Train is returning to North American cinemas on May 14, 2025, in 4K for the first time, Crunchyroll announced. The movie will also be re-released in other select territories on the same day. Tickets for the re-release will go on sale on Wednesday, April 30.
