Devil May Cry Season 2 Announced
Netflix announced Season 2 for the Devil May Cry animated series with a teaser visual. South Korean Studio Mir (Lookism) animated the adaptation of the popular game series which premiered in April.
The series was developed by Adi Shankar (Castlevania animated series) and Alex Larsen and directed by Sun Min Kim (episode 1), Woo Han Seung (episodes 2, 4, 7) So Young Park (episodes 3, 5, 8) and Ji Young Hong (episode 6). The main cast includes:
- Johnny Yong Bosch as Dante / Kue Lawrence as young Dante
- Scout Taylor-Compton as Mary Ann Arkham / Evie Hsu as young Mary
- Hoon Lee as the White Rabbit
- Chris Coppola as Enzo Ferino
- Kevin Conroy as William Baines
- Zeke Alton as Dr. Fisher
- Jon Gries as Hopper
- Robbie Daymond as Vergil

The Devil May Cry animated series featured "Rollin'", performed by Limp Bizkit as the opening theme and an exclusive new single by Evanescence, titled "Afterlife."
Capcom's Devil May Cry series also has an anime adaptation by studio MADHOUSE from 2007.
