Karasuno and Kamomedai Face Off in New Haikyu Finale Trailer
Haikyu!! revealed a teaser trailer for the second of the movies and announced another anime, titled Haikyu!!: The Place Where Monsters Go. The second movie will share the title with "... vs The Little Giant" chapter and shows off Karasuno and Kamomedai's match. Production I.G is animating the movie with Susumu Mitsunaka as director and screenwriter.

The Place Where Monsters Go will adapt the Fukurodani versus Mujinazaka as a short TV anime. Check out the teaser trailer:

Haikyu!! ...vs the Little Giant is the second of the two movies announced together as the finale of the Haikyu!! anime. The official website no longer lists them as final. The first, titled The Dumpster Battle, premiered in 2023 and is now streaming on Crunchyroll and Netflix. The staff for the first movie included:

Haikyu!! is based on a manga by Haruichi Furudate which was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2012 to 2020. The manga ended with 405 chapters, compiled into 45 volumes. Viz Media licensed it in English and describes the plot as:
After losing his first and last volleyball match against Tobio Kageyama, “the King of the Court,” Shoyo Hinata swears to become his rival after graduating middle school. But what happens when the guy he wants to defeat ends up being his teammate?!
Production I.G animated the anime adaptation of the series, including the most recent movie. The first season aired in 2014, followed by the sequel which started in the Fall of 2015 and finished during the Winter of 2016, after 25 episodes. Season 3, titled Haikyu!! Karasuno High School vs Shiratorizawa Academy had 10 episodes that aired throughout the Fall of 2016. Haikyu!! Riku vs Kuu OVA serves as its sequel. The latest installment of the anime Haikyuu!! To the Top aired in two cours – first in Winter 2020 and second in Fall 2020. In addition to the TV anime, the franchise also spawned multiple recap movies, OVAs, side stories, and an omake.
