“I wanted to create a film that captures the essence of classic samurai and ninja stories but with a modern, high-energy approach,” said Sakamoto, director of SHOGUN’S NINJA. “Every fight scene is crafted to be visually stunning and emotionally gripping, keeping audiences on the edge of their seats.”

A Story of Honor and Betrayal
Set in the 17th century Edo period, SHOGUN’S NINJA follows Kagaribi and Okyo, descendants of the legendary ‘Fuma’ ninja clan, as they fight to reclaim their family’s honor. Their world is turned upside down when their friend Oran is kidnapped by the elite ‘Yagyu’ samurai, forcing them into a deadly battle that could alter the fate of the Shogunate itself.

SHOGUN’S NINJA will be available starting March 28 on the Samurai vs. Ninja YouTube channel, exclusive to premium members. Available for $3.99 per month, this service gives fans of Japanese drama over 250 titles to choose from and more than 1,500 episodes.
