KonoSuba Anime Announces Sequel
KonoSuba – God's blessing on this wonderful world anime is getting as a sequel, in a yet unconfirmed format. The information was announced on the franchise's official Twitter/X profile with a short teaser video.

The latest installment of the KonoSuba anime, the BONUS STAGE OVA began theatrical screening in Japan starting on March 14.
The new OVA will also be released on Blu-ray/DVD on April 25. Studio Drive, which animated the third season of the anime, is also in charge of the Bonus Stage OVA. The staff includes:
- Chief Director: Takaomi Kanasaki
- Director: Yujiro Abe
- Series Composition: Makoto Uezu
- Character Design: Koichi Kikuta
- Music: Masato Kouda
The KonoSuba anime adapts the light novel of the same name written by Natsume Akatsuki and illustrated by Kurone Mishima. The light novel was serialized under Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko imprint from 2013 to 2020. A manga adaptation with art by Masahito Watari has been ongoing in the Dragon Age magazine since 2014.
Anime adaptation by Studio DEEN debuted in 2016 and was followed by a second season in 2017. Both seasons had OVA episodes. The franchise got its first (and so far, only) movie in 2019: KonoSuba – God’s blessing on this wonderful world! Movie: Legend of Crimson was animated by J.C. Staff.
