Magical Girl Lyrical NANOHA EXCEEDS Gun Blaze Vengeance Anime Reveals Key Visual, Staff

The previously announced Magical Girl Lyrical NANOHA EXCEEDS Gun Blaze Vengeance anime revealed a key visual and staff information during the AnimeJapan 2025. New project from the Nanoha franchise was announced in line with the 20th anniversary.

Studio Seven Arcs is animating and the staff includes:

  • Director: Takayuki Hamana
  • Character Design: Issei Arakaki
  • Chief Animation Director: Issei Arakaki
  • Character Planning: Shuichi Kawakami

The Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha franchise started in 2004 with an original TV anime created by Ivory and Masaki Tsuzuki. The anime was directed by Akiyuki Shinbo and featured character designs by Yasuhiro Okuda. It since spawned multiple sequels, movies, and OVAs, as well as multiple manga adaptations.

This will be the first addition to the franchise since the Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha: Detonation 2018 movie.
