Nue's Exorcist Tops the Manga We Want to See Animated 2025 Ranking
AnimeJapan 2025 is coming up and with it the annual Manga We Want to See Animated ranking. This year's voting period lasted from January 15 to February 12 and had a total of 47 nominees.

- Phantom Busters by Neoshoco
- Kindergarten Wars by Yo Chiba
- Ugly Duckling of the Entertainment District by Naru Kariya
- GOKURAKUGAI by Yuto Sano
- Akuyaku Reijo no Naka no Hito: Danzai Sareta Tensei-sha no Tame Usotsuki Heroine ni Fukushu Itashimasu by Nazuna Shiraume (Makiburo/Mai Murasaki)
- JUNKET BANK by Ikko Tanaka
- Love Bullet by inee
Ugly Duckling of the Entertainment District and Kindergarten Wars were also ranked on last year's list, in 5th and 9th place respectively.
The Hall of Fame still features seven titles: the 2023 winner – Hyperinflation, The Dangers in My Heart, The Apothecary Diaries, Komi Can’t Communicate, Senpai Is Otokonoko all of which have adaptations and Im: Great Priest Imhotep and 10 Dance. To qualify for Hall of Fame the work has to win and be in the Top 10 list three times.
