Sakamoto Days Anime Reveals Mid-Season Trailer
The currently airing Sakamoto Days anime revealed a mid-season trailer following the release of the sixth episode in Japan on February 8 on Netflix Japan. The same episode is coming to Netflix worldwide and Japanese TV stations on February 15, thanks to the exclusive streaming deal the platform has. The new trailer highlights upcoming action and introduces the ORDER members:
Masaki Watanabe is directing the anime at studio TMS Entertainment, with Taku Kishimoto on the series composition. Yo Moriyama is credited for the character designs and Yuto Suzuki is in charge of the screenplay. The cast includes:

The anime adapts Yuto Suzuki’s Sakamoto Days (stylized as SAKAMOTO DAYS) manga, which has been serialized since 2020 in the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. VIZ Media licensed the Sakamoto Days manga in English and the series is also available on Shueisha’s Manga PLUS platform. The plot is described as:
Taro Sakamoto was once a legendary hitman considered the greatest of all time. Bad guys feared him! Assassins revered him! But then one day he quit, got married, and had a baby. He’s now living the quiet life as the owner of a neighborhood store, but how long can Sakamoto enjoy his days of retirement before his past catches up to him?!
