Shangri-La Frontier Season 2 Unveils Key Visual for "GGC" Arc
The Season 2 of the Shangri-La Frontier anime revealed a key visual for the upcoming "GGC" arc. The new arc will cover the Global Game Competition and is slated to officially begin next week.
In addition to the visual, Shangri-La Frontier anime revealed two new cast additions. Yumi Uchiyama and Minami Takahashi are joining the cast as Megumi Natsume and Sylvia Goldberg.
The anime had a new episode earlier today; it was the 20th episode of the season and 45th episode overall. C2C is animating the adaptation of the web novel written by Katarina and manga with art by Ryosuke Fuji. The novel doesn't have a physical release, but the manga has been serialized in the Weekly Shonen Magazine since 2020.
Toshiyuki Kuboka returned to direct the sequel with Hiroki Ikeshita as the assistant director. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu is on the series composition. Ayumi Kurashima is in charge of the character designs. The main cast includes:
