Yoshimasa Hosoya Announces Marriage
Voice actor Yoshimasa Hosoya has announced through his official X account has he has gotten married. In the formal post, he thanks everyone for their support and promises to continue doing his best going forward. He also confirms that his partner is someone with no connections to the industry.
Yoshimasa Hosoya, born February 1982, is freelance voice actor known for voicing popular characters like Reiner Braun in Attack on Titan, Doppo Kunikida in Bungo Stray Dogs, and more recently Nicholas D. Wolfwood in Trigun Stampede.
He has also been cast in several popular video game series, such as Shin Megami Tensei, The Legend of Heroes, Monster Hunter and most recently Metaphor: ReFantazio. Additionally Hosoya is known for his work as a narrator and for his singing capabilities, which have led to him performing many anime related character songs over the years. In 2023 he made his theatrical debut playing Elwood in Harvey, which further expanded the scope of his activities.
The popular actor has also won several awards for his work, including two Best Supporting Actor awards at the 8th and 10th Seiyu Awards in 2014 and 2016.
